What is temperature mapping?
One thermometer can't prove a whole warehouse is in range.
Temperature varies from floor to ceiling, near doors, under vents and in dead corners. Mapping distributes an array of calibrated data loggers across the space and records over 24hours to 7 days or longer depending on the area type, product risk, operating conditions, and customer or regulatory requirements.
The result is documented proof of your worst-case locations, so you can place permanent monitoring sensors where they actually matter and satisfy auditors with confidence.

What you receive
Audit-ready mapping report
Every study is delivered as a complete, traceable documentation pack — not just a spreadsheet.
Mapping Report: full study with methodology & results
Calibration Certificates: ISO 17025 traceable, per sensor
Sensor placement plan: for permanent monitoring
Temperature heatmaps: Visual distribution across the space
Hot / cold spot log: Worst-case locations identified
Compliance statement: Pass/fail against your limits
Accreditation & calibration
Every sensor traceable.
Every result defensible.
All mapping is performed with data loggers calibrated in our own ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. Each study includes valid calibration certificates with full metrological traceability — the evidence auditors ask for first.
Loggers calibrated in our own accredited laboratory before every study.
Full metrological traceability with signed, stamped certificates.
Method aligned to recognized mapping and validation practice.
