The manifold has Bluetooth connectivity and works with the testo Smart App. However, the included clamp temperature probes are fixed cable probes, not wireless probes. Wireless Bluetooth probes can be added separately.
The Basic Kit includes fixed cable clamp temperature probes. The Smart Kit versions include wireless clamp temperature probes and, depending on the kit, may include additional hoses or accessories.
This digital manifold gauge set is built for long-term field use. It offers up to 250 hours of battery life when used without Bluetooth or illumination, and approximately 100 hours when both Bluetooth and the display backlight are active.
While the testo 550s can display vacuum readings during the evacuation process, for high-precision vacuum measurements, Testo recommends using an external Bluetooth vacuum probe (like the testo 552i), which can connect wirelessly to the manifold.
